Fontos változás történt az IDO (International Dance Organisation)
szabályzatában az argentín tangó kategóriában rendezett versenyek
szerkezetét érintően. (azt hiszem a jó kapitalista értékek mentén: az
Argentínában megrendezésre kerülő VB versenyszabályzata elég jól kidolgozott
és elég korrekt megközelítést alkalmaz, ellentétben az IDO által rendezett
versenyekkel, így az IDO VB-jét hirtelen a hitelvesztés réme fenyegeti, így
a fiúk gyorsan fejlesztettek egy kicsit)

A levél aljára bevágtam az angol nyelvű szöveget, de gyors összefoglalásban:

A versenyeket ezentúl úgy szervezik, hogy az középdöntő előtt csak 2 perces
zenére, azonosítható koreográfia alkalmazása NÉLKÜL (impro, a
megfogalmazásból adódóan kizárási tényező kell hogy legyen, ha valaki
koreográfiát táncol!), emelések nélkül, zárt tartásban lehet csak táncolni.
A szabályzat leír egy pár technikai megoldást is és egyértelműen a zenére
táncolást jelöli meg pontozási kritériumként, így azok a más műfajokból a
siker reményében "áttáncoló" párok, akik effektíve nem tangóznak már jó
eséllyel buktak is. Az elődöntőtől nem csak tangót, hanem milongát és tango
vals-ot is kell táncolni. Csak a tango fantasía előadásnál (középdöntő,
döntő) lehet emelni, ugrani etc., de itt se lehet, olyan akrobatikus
elemeket alkalmazni, amelynél a táncos testközéppontja, vagy a lába a pár
vállmagasságánál feljebb emelkedik. A döntőben is három tánc lesz, milonga,
tango vals és tangó fantasía. Ez legutóbbit a párok egyesével adják elő,
saját (max 3 perces) zenére. amely körben három tánc van (elő-, középdöntő,
döntő), ott a táncok eredményét a versenytáncban alkalmazott helyrepontozó
rendszerrel (skating system) értékelik. Ha jól veszem ki a leírásból, a
három műfajt külön pontozzák, és a skating system egyik jellegzetességéből
adódóa így EGYENLŐ SÚLLYAL kerülnek majd elbírálásra (!!).

"ARGENTINE TANGO (Tango, Milonga, Tango Vals and Tango Fantasia) "A. Music:
Organizer's music in all rounds EXCEPT the final round "of Tango Fantasia,
where dancers may use their own choice of music. "B. Length of Exhibition: 2
minutes long, to conform to the end of "the musical phrase, in all rounds
EXCEPT the Tango Fantasia in the "final. Music chosen for Tango Fantasia

front and back, "sandwiches, leg-wraps and drags, pauses with the music,

Bár a változás egyértelműen pozitív, de véleményem szerint most IDO-éknál
egy kissé túllőttek a célon. Persze majd az idő mondja meg a hatás milyen
lesz.
